REQUESTING 10 PROCTORS
Thank you to everyone who volunteered to proctor for next week’s End-of-Year testing. Our biggest day of need now is Tuesday, May 16. However, we will also need a few proctors available for the remaining days of testing and make-up testing. At this time, proctor training will occur the morning you volunteer to proctor. If you proctor on multiple days, you only need to be trained prior to your first assignment. Friends, family members, and co-workers can all assist if they are 21 or older. We greatly appreciate your consideration and assistance. Please visit the school website (www.bcschoolnc.org) to complete the Test Proctor Volunteer form online. Contact Mr. Walton (firstname.lastname@example.org) if you have questions.
PARENTS: Please check the Wolf Pouch to see if your child has any lunch room charges and send the money Friday. Charges need to be paid as soon as possible. PLEASE remember the maximum amount your child is allowed to charge is $6.00. After that your child will no longer be able to charge.
Please turn your Wolf Pouch in on Friday. All of the lunches have to be ordered a day ahead. If you turn your pouch in late there is a chance you will not get what you order.
We are all excited about the move to our new school, but we need your help. PTSO has initiated the Adopt-a-Room
program. We are encouraging families to adopt a room to help teachers get their room packed to move. If interested, email Angel Holland at email@example.com. She will send you the Google Spreadsheet to sign up.
