BCS PTSO MEETING
PTSO will hold their second quarterly meeting on December 13th at 6:30 p.m. in the BCS Commons. The meeting will take place
prior to the BCS Band Concert scheduled for 7:00 p.m. We look forward to seeing you there!
MIDDLE SCHOOL STUDENT COUNCILS WINTER HOLIDAY PROJECT
Middle School Student Council will be starting a “Fill the Stocking” campaign. We will have a stocking in the commons area and
are asking you to donate at least 5 items from the following suggested list. We are asking for stocking stuffers for people age 11-
16. When you bring your “stuffers” please give them to Mrs. Moore to receive a ticket to our afternoon social on December 12,
2018 from 3:00 to 5:30. We are accepting donations from December 4th through December 11th. A few suggested items are:
gloves, scarves, toboggans, mittens, socks, fun slipper socks, books, puzzles, card games, small handheld games, stuffed animals,
fingerboards, coloring books, sketch books, markers, colored pencils, personal hygiene items like deodorant, toothpaste,
shampoo, etc. school supplies, girls and boys hair items, brushes, combs, gel, hair bows, clips, ponytail holders, etc. Thank you
helping us make someone’s Christmas a little brighter.
BCS ATHLETIC BOOSTER CLUB NEWS
We need volunteers to help with admission and concessions at our home basketball games. If you can help, please contact

Yearbooks are on sale now through December 31st. You can purchase yours for $30. After December 31st they will go up to $35. A
paper went home in your child’s Wolf Pouch two weeks ago. Please send that paper with a check or log on to ybpay.com and
order your yearbook there.

SCHOOL SPIRIT NIGHT AT ELIZABETH’S PIZZA
Come out and enjoy some pizza while raising money for the BCS Weight Room. Spirit night is held every 4th Monday of the month
at 5:30 and 10% of all proceeds go the BCS.
8th GRADE DANCE
It is time to plan for the 8th grade dance to celebrate our wonderful 8th graders as they transition from middle school to high
school. Assistance is needed with food, planning, décor and photos. If you would like to be a part of the planning committee

STUDENT INFORMATION CARDS
Parents, if you have not filled out your child’s student information card, and do not have a white card, please call the office and a
card will be sent home with your child. It’s very important that we have the information on file.
ON-LINE LUNCH ORDERING REMINDER
In order for your child to receive lunch through the ORGS system, you have to order the week before and no later than midnight
Thursday. If your order does not go through please call the school and get a paper menu for your child.
LOST AND FOUND
If your child is missing a lunch box, pencil pouch or coat, please ask them to check the lost and found box located in the cafeteria.
There are 2 pair of glasses in the office. If your child is missing glasses, please ask them to see someone at the front desk.
